You'll find more information about our lessons here, but the short version is: We run fun, practical self defence group lessons for kids, as well as private sessions for kids, adults, and families. Krav Maga is a system that is used by multiple military and special forces units around the world because it works. We focus on avoidance and deescalation as the primary methods of keeping you and your children safe. KMG is the largest Krav Maga organisation in the world. Our classes are split by age group to ensure that our students are getting the tools and skills that they need in a format that works best for them.
