At Kickstarters we aim to help our junior students develop the skills they will need not only to stay safe, but also to succeed in life. This includes identifying students with an aptitude and interest in leadership roles.
Our program then provides these young leaders with the opportunity to gain abilities and experience to assist, guide, and ultimately to teach if they choose.
There are five levels in our program (Helper, Leader, Senior Leader, Assistant Instructor, Instructor) with duties and responsibilities ranging from holding pads and assisting demonstrate techniques through to planning and running entire lessons.
